• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field with exposure to Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) procurement.
• Experience managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and purchasing activities.
• Experience working with IT infrastructure components, including hardware, software, and networking, as well as Operational Technology (OT) concepts related to transportation systems such as traffic management and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
• Experience communicating and coordinating with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, security, vendor, and procurement stakeholders, while clearly articulating technical and business requirements through both written and verbal communication.
• Experience analyzing procurement data, evaluating vendor proposals, comparing solutions, identifying trends, and supporting informed procurement decisions.
