Job description

  • Design user-centered web applications with a focus on customer and agent experiences, including forms, claim processes, and support interfaces.
  • Lead comprehensive UX processes such as research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and validation to create intuitive digital solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers and engineering teams to deliver results within agile workflows.
  • Participate early in projects to influence product direction and advocate for user-friendly design.
  • Contribute to conversational and AI-driven experiences like chatbots and IVR systems, with enthusiasm for learning new technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing web-based digital products with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and deliver high-quality results.
  • Familiarity working within agile, cross-functional teams, whether in startup or enterprise environments.
  • Mid-level UX discipline with solid UI fundamentals and generalist capabilities.
  • Prior exposure to conversational design, AI, or chatbot systems is a plus, but not required.
