Job description

  • Lead the development of user interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and visual appeal across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define design strategies and solutions.
  • Create detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to illustrate interaction concepts effectively.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles, incorporating research insights and performance data to improve existing features.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and assets to streamline UI development processes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Professional art or design?, * Minimum of 8 years of professional UX or related design experience.

  • A degree in fields such as interactive design, architecture, industrial design, graphic design, or human factors is preferred.
  • Experience in Asset Management or investment application design is ideal.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic design initiatives and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong skills in information architecture, prototyping, user research, and visual design, with effective communication and storytelling abilities.
