Interim ERP Programme Delivery Manager

We’re supporting a large public sector organisation seeking an experienced ERP Programme Manager for 6 months to lead the delivery of a major ERP transformation programme across Finance, HR, Payroll and Procurement. Key Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day delivery of a large-scale ERP implementation.
• Manage programme plans, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, and governance.
• Coordinate suppliers, implementation partners, and internal stakeholder teams.
• Lead testing, migration, training, business readiness, and cutover activities.
• Monitor programme performance, benefits realisation, and forecast spend.
• Produce high-quality reporting and support Programme Board decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, audit, and project management standards.

• Proven experience delivering complex ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders and suppliers.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing organisational change.
• Skilled in programme governance, reporting, risk management, and benefits tracking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Experience

• SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms.
• Power BI, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects.
• Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana or equivalent.
• Cloud technologies, data management, and information security environments.
