Junior Web Deisgner

• Support the Front-End Designer with day-to-day digital amends, page builds and projects.
• Provide design support, page builds and content edits, in line with UX/UI best practice, to RYA internal stakeholders
• Proactively make suggestions to improve accessibility, customer journeys, site functionality and overall site performance

• Have a passion for delivering the best possible solutions through design and technology
• Be familiar with both design and front-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries
• Have a natural enthusiasm for technology and keep up to date with the latest trends
• Have the drive to become highly competent in all aspects of maintaining a content managed website, * Experience updating websites via a CMS
• Self-motivated and resilient under pressure
• Creating and editing web pages
• Ability to follow content templates and brand guidelines
• A team player who can work independently when needed
• A natural passion for technology and user-focused solutions, * Understanding of HTML, CSS or frameworks used for UI and styling
• Awareness of responsive design
• Ability to troubleshoot simple page issues
