Job description

Flutter Entertainment is transforming HR through a comprehensive digital modernisation, implementing cutting-edge systems to create a seamless, self-service employee experience while driving operational excellence.

As we continue our global expansion, we’re looking for a hands-on Change Manager to drive successful adoption of HR system enhancements and process improvements. This role will be the critical link between technical delivery and user adoption driving practical, business-facing change and adoption activities.

This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who has experience supporting HR technology implementations, either from within a change/project team or as part of an impacted HR function. You’ll be a key enabler of readiness, training and communications helping to ensure change is not just planned, but executed effectively at all levels.

What you will do:

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Design and execute change management strategies for HR system enhancements and HR process improvements

  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop targeted readiness plans for different user groups
  • Create comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies across all organisational levels

Adoption & Engagement

  • Drive business readiness activities, including training coordination, communication campaigns, and feedback loops
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, Q&As, and engagement briefings to build user confidence as needed
  • Partner with Training and Communications teams to develop compelling learning materials and messaging

Performance & Monitoring

  • Track adoption metrics, user satisfaction, and performance indicators post-implementation
  • Identify and escalate adoption risks, developing mitigation strategies with project teams
  • Conduct post-go-live reviews and continuous improvement assessments

Content & Communication

  • Create stakeholder-specific materials including user guides, FAQs, talking points, and process documentation
  • Develop change narratives that connect system enhancements to business value and employee benefits

  • Support knowledge transfer activities to ensure sustainable BAU operations

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who rolls their sleeves up and gets stuck in. You’re practical, delivery-focused and energised by making change happen, not just designing it. You take ownership, move at pace, and don’t wait to be asked.

You’re naturally curious and eager to learn, especially in a fast-evolving HR tech environment. You’re hungry for the opportunity to make an impact and keen to grow your experience within a global, transforming organisation.

You enjoy being around the business, coming into the office, building relationships and making connections across teams and functions. You recognise that successful change happens through trust and visibility, and you’re comfortable engaging face-to-face to build momentum and credibility.

Skills required:

  • HR background (People Partner, HR Generalist, or similar) with deep understanding of employee lifecycle and operational realities
  • System implementation experience with HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) from either change/project or end-user perspective

  • Practical change delivery experience in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Training and facilitation capabilities with confidence presenting to diverse audiences

  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation creation abilities
  • Strong project planning and tracking capabilities
  • Experience with change management tools and methodologies

Benefits & conditions

  • £1,000 learning fund
  • £250 well-being fund
  • Uncapped leave
  • Bonus scheme
  • Pension contribution scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • Flexible ways of working - home or office, it’s your choice!
  • Access to thousands of Udemy courses
  • Invest via the Company Sharesave Scheme
  • 16 hours paid volunteering time per year.
