Salesforce RCA/CPQ Technical Consultant

You’ll be involved in designing and building scalable CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions, developing advanced pricing models, and delivering end-to-end Quote-to-Cash functionality across enterprise environments. What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, configure and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Build and maintain complex product catalogues, bundles, pricing models and product configuration.
• Configure Pricing Procedures, Pricing Recipes, Decision Tables, Context Definitions and Qualification Procedures.
• Develop advanced pricing logic including Price Rules, Product Rules, MDQ, discounting and waterfall pricing.
• Build and customise Advanced Approvals and approval workflows.
• Deliver full Quote-to-Cash functionality including Quotes, Orders, Contracts, Assets, Amendments, Renewals and Billing.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
• Proven Salesforce CPQ implementation experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Product Catalogues
• Product Bundles
• Pricing Procedures
• Pricing Recipes
• Decision Tables, + Advanced Approvals
• Price Rules & Product Rules
• Experience with Order, Contract and Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Strong Apex, LWC and JavaScript development experience.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar).
• Experience with Salesforce Billing is highly desirable.
• Experience with Conga Composer, Agreements or Orchestrate would be advantageous.
• Experience with Copado, Gearset or other Salesforce DevOps tools is desirable.

Certifications

Ideally you’ll hold one or more of the following:

• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
• Additional Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
