Job description
Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, primarily leveraging ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and TSOM, with optional exposure to TNI and a growing focus on NOWAssist capabilities. Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to implement scalable, integrated systems that streamline operational workflows, improve service delivery, and support intelligent automation. Designs, develops, configures, and supports ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions - including Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, workflows, and automation - to improve data quality and operational efficiency. Required Skills
- ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM development
- Discovery and Service Mapping implementation
- ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management
- JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes
- IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs
- MID Server configuration and troubleshooting
- CMDB data quality, reconciliation, and normalization
- Working knowledge of Transform Maps, Import Sets, data modeling, and system integrations
- ITOM Visibility and Event Management
- ServiceNow platform administration
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience, * Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, TSOM, and related platform capabilities
- Build and enhance ServiceNow workflows, automation, scripts, business rules, integrations, and service operations processes for incident, request, problem, change, and QA use cases
- Work closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, customer-centric technical solutions
- Support data migration and platform modernization efforts, including transformation of ITSM, CMDB, and TSOM data into ServiceNow
- Coordinate with QA teams to validate performance, regression testing, technical requirements, and release readiness
- Create and maintain technical documentation, evaluation plans, test results, recommendations, and reports
- Stay current with ServiceNow, AI, telecom, and enterprise technology trends to inform platform strategy and continuous improvement

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years delivering enterprise IT or software solutions, including at least 3 years hands-on ServiceNow development in complex, multi-system environments
- Demonstrated ability to design and build ServiceNow solutions supporting service operations, configuration data, telecom service workflows, and cross-functional business processes
- Experience developing maintainable platform logic, workflow automation, data structures, and integrations connecting ServiceNow with upstream and downstream enterprise applications
- Experience contributing to technical design decisions, code quality practices, reusable patterns, peer reviews, and delivery standards
- Experience supporting production applications, including release readiness, troubleshooting, monitoring, regression validation, and collaboration with QA or operations
- Preferred: experience applying automation or AI-assisted development practices to improve analysis, testing, documentation, code review, or delivery efficiency
