Job description

  • Assemble electronic circuits, components, and hardware systems following established procedures and schematics
  • Perform equipment testing, calibration, alignment, and quality control checks
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and assist in diagnosing system malfunctions
  • Support onboarding of new clients by preparing, testing, and configuring equipment
  • Verify system performance by testing installed or assembled units
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and follow manufacturer guidelines for equipment care
  • Maintain accurate inventory of components, tools, and supplies; track stock levels and incoming shipments
  • Document assembly steps, test results, irregularities, and ongoing needs to ensure team continuity
  • Maintain electronic system and component databases, including data entry and backups
  • Assist with packing, shipping, receiving, and equipment logistics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product improvements and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
  • Technical aptitude and interest in electronics or hardware systems
  • Experience with equipment assembly, maintenance, or repair
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to follow instructions, read diagrams, and document work clearly
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with soldering, wiring, or PCB assembly
  • Basic understanding of electrical safety standard
  • Experience in a manufacturing, electronics, or hardware startup environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 40 lbs)
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional local deliveries or client visits
  • Background check and Drug test required

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $26 - $26 / hour*, *Hourly pay rates are a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
