Define product vision roadmap and backlog for OHTL engineering solutions Convert business requirements and use cases into epics user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborate with stakeholders engineering teams architects and program leadership Act as the OHTL Subject Matter Expert SME for engineering processes standards and best practices Lead requirement gathering backlog refinement sprint planning and solution reviews Validate engineering outputs and ensure compliance with utility standards Manage product risks dependencies stakeholder expectations and delivery governance Support user acceptance testing UAT and product adoption Key Use Cases UC1 AI Generated Design Basis Documentation DBD Generate Design Basis Documents and preliminary design criteria using AI Ensure source traceability compliance and engineering accuracy UC2 Automated Engineering Deliverables Automate generation of o Construction Specifications o Framing Drawings o Staking Tables o Stringing Sheets o Title Blocks o CAD Batch Outputs

Mandatory Skills : Agile (Value-Driven Delivery), Scope & Change Management, Stakeholder Management Good to Have Skills : Project Governance, Project Planning, Risk/Crisis Management, Schedule Management Role Summary: Seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong Overhead Transmission Line OHTL domain expertise to lead AIenabled engineering and digital transformation initiatives The role involves translating business use cases into a prioritized product backlog defining requirements validating solutions and ensuring successful delivery aligned with utility engineering standards and business objectives, Strong experience in Overhead Transmission Line engineering and utility projects Experience as Product Owner Product Manager Engineering Lead Expertise in transmission line design processes standards and deliverables Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies Strong stakeholder management communication and leadership skills Experience with digital engineering engineering automation or AI enabled solutions is preferred Qualification Bachelors Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering Power Systems Civil Engineering or related discipline Success Criteria Well-defined and prioritized product backlog Successful translation of OHTL use cases into actionable development stories Accurate and compliant AI generated engineering deliverables Improved engineering productivity through automation and digital transformation initiatives
