Product Owner - OHTL

Lead Product Ownership: Drive vision, roadmap, and backlog for OHTL engineering digital solutions.

• Translate Requirements: Convert business use cases into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and leadership.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as SME for OHTL engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
• Agile Leadership: Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirements gathering, and solution reviews.
• Validate Solutions: Ensure engineering outputs meet utility standards and compliance requirements.
• Risk & Governance Management: Oversee product risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and delivery governance.
• Support Adoption: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and promote product adoption.
• Drive Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives in AI-enabled documentation and automated engineering deliverables (e.g., specifications, drawings, CAD outputs).
• Enhance Productivity: Improve engineering efficiency through automation and digital tools.

Strong OHTL engineering and utility project experience

• Product Owner/Manager or Engineering Lead experience
• Agile/Scrum proficiency
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Experience with digital engineering, automation, or AI solutions (preferred)
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Civil Engineering, or related field.
