Job description

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Data Analyst III for a hybrid opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidate will support operational and strategic initiatives through advanced data analysis, reporting development, and process improvement activities. Candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting insights that support business performance and operational decision-making., * Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support operational and business performance initiatives.

  • Analyze and validate data to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting metrics and analytical outputs.
  • Design, code, and maintain database queries and automated reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and improve reporting methodologies.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on reporting tools, systems, and analytical processes.
  • Support operational and financial decision-making through trend analysis, reporting insights, and performance tracking.

Requirements

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data analysis environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong experience with SQL, DB2, relational databases, and report development tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience with data modeling, process mapping, and technical requirements analysis.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train and support users on reporting systems and analytical tools.
  • Experience developing automated reporting solutions using macros, Visual Basic, or similar tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills/Experience of the Data Analyst III:

  • Experience with SAS or other statistical analysis software.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, systems, or coding structures.
  • Programming or scripting experience to support reporting automation.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and support process improvement initiatives.
