Data and IT analyst

The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing business data, developing insightful reports and dashboards, maintaining rostering systems, managing IT systems and providing technical support across the organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders to improve business performance through data-driven decision-making and effective technology solutions., Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

• Collect, clean, manage, and analyse data from multiple business systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor and report on key business KPIs.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to management.

IT Support & Systems Management

• Provide first and second-line technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions, and security settings.
• Support cloud-based systems and business applications.

Process Improvement & Digital Transformation

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Support business improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist with the implementation and testing of new systems and technologies.
• Produce technical documentation and user guides.

• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience providing IT technical support.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, or Intune.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data governance principles.
