Job description

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, product strategy and user experience. You will set the direction for the product roadmap, turn stakeholder needs into tangible improvements and work closely with IT teams, business leaders and external partners to deliver secure, reliable and user-centred services.

You will join an international organisation where agile collaboration, modern workplace technologies and continuous improvement are central to how IT operates.

Aufgaben

  • You take ownership of the Digital Workplace and End User IT product, ensuring reliable operations and a positive user experience across the organisation.
  • You define and drive the product vision, roadmap and backlog, translating business requirements into clear priorities for technical delivery teams.
  • You hold responsibility for the product budget, including planning, forecasting and cost control.
  • You coordinate and manage international service providers and external partners, ensuring service quality, delivery performance and clear accountability.
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams and suppliers to align priorities, resolve dependencies and continuously improve the service.
  • You ensure that the product is operated in a secure, stable and efficient way, with a focus on service quality and ongoing development.
  • You act as the central interface between business stakeholders, technical teams and external providers for all Digital Workplace and End User IT topics.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in IT, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in IT product management, IT consulting or service development.
  • Strong technical understanding of Digital Workplace, End User Computing and User Support environments.
  • Experience in requirements engineering and translating business needs into structured IT solutions.
  • Experience working with agile delivery teams and managing product backlogs.
  • Confident stakeholder and supplier management skills, with strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • A collaborative, self-driven and structured way of working.
  • Fluent English, and good German knowledge
