Job description

  • Monitor and maintain data center equipment including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Center Technician 1 to join our dynamic team in Quincy, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our data center operations.   • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
