Job description

  • Serve as the internal owner and administrator of the NetSuite environment, including configuration, customization, saved searches, and reporting.
  • Maintain and refine workflows across order management, purchasing, billing, and accounting following go-live.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage user access and roles, and support staff across departments with day-to-day NetSuite needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership clear visibility into operations and financials.
  • Use Claude and other AI tools to streamline processes, draft documentation, and accelerate problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with external implementation partners and vendors as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy across the platform.

Requirements

Direct Promotions is seeking an in-house NetSuite expert to own our ERP environment following the consolidation of our prior systems (Impress, QuickBooks, and Bill.com) onto NetSuite. This person will be the internal authority on NetSuite configuration, workflows, and reporting, and will partner with leadership to keep the platform aligned with how the business actually runs. Familiarity with Claude and AI-assisted workflows is required, as we actively use these tools across operations., * Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite administrator or systems specialist.

  • Strong command of NetSuite configuration, saved searches, workflows, and reporting.
  • Working experience with Claude and comfort using AI tools in daily workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an office-based role.
  • Clear communicator able to support both technical and non-technical colleagues., * Experience in a manufacturing environment (optional, not a deal breaker).
  • Familiarity with systems migrations or ERP consolidations.
  • Background supporting purchasing, billing, or accounting functions.
