Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in application support, preferably in the Healthcare field
- Strong EPIC build experience
- Strong pharmacist background/experience in a pharmacy setting
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with workflows to foster problem solving
- The capability to understand application functionality and how it relates to departments, while making recommendations for integration into operational flow
- Ability to coordinate cross-team discussions and collaboration and present solutions in an organized manner
- Ability to mentor team members to set priorities and utilize problem-solving techniques with minimal direction and appropriate collaboration
- Flexibility to adapt to new situations and changing environments, including leading the change
- 2+ years of Project Management experience and/or application lead experience preferred
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Information Technology, Business, or other related field AND relevant EPIC Willow Certification required
