Server Systems Technician

• Diagnose and repair enterprise server hardware.
• Troubleshoot system and hardware failures.
• Execute Linux command-line diagnostics and testing.
• Run and understand basic Python scripts used for testing and automation.
• Perform Hi-Pot and electrical safety testing.
• Validate network connectivity and system functionality.
• Update BIOS, BMC, RAID, and NIC firmware.
• Document repairs, testing results, and root cause analysis.

We’re seeking a Server Systems Technician to troubleshoot, test, repair, and validate enterprise server hardware while working with industry-standard technologies such as Linux, Python, networking, and server diagnostics., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.

• 1-3 years of experience in server hardware, IT hardware, electronics, or systems troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Linux command line.
• Experience with Python (basic scripting is acceptable).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience using diagnostic and testing equipment is highly preferred.
