Job description

As a SOHO CVM Manager you will create and deliver marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and business growth. Using channels such as email, SMS, MMS, and app notifications, you’ll turn customer insights into effective communications and take ownership of a key stage of the customer lifecycle.

Working closely with Commercial, Product, and Business Enablement teams, you’ll help shape marketing strategy, build strong business cases, influence decisions, and deliver measurable results against key KPIs.

  • You will ensure all updates and proposals clearly show progress, highlight key insights, and include a practical plan for delivery.
  • You will support strong working relationships between the Telesales, Digital, and CVM teams, helping improve collaboration and ways of working.
  • You will own and deliver customer value management (CVM) plans, ensuring all activity is timely, relevant, and engaging
  • You will ensure all customer communications reflect our brand, follow legal requirements, encourage customers to take action, and deliver a positive experience.
  • You will track and report on the impact of all marketing communications making clear recommendations on how we can further increase commercial effectiveness and brand engagement.
  • You will support the development of marketing automation plans and identify opportunities to improve how we engage customers within SOHO., We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and all offers of employment for this role are subject to background checks, including criminal (DBS) and financial checks to meet the regulators standards.

Requirements

  • You will have experience working within the SOHO customer segment and a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • You will have proven experience in customer marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable ROI and commercial growth.
  • You will have strong commercial acumen
  • You will have experience applying data management and GDPR requirements to ensure effective governance, compliance, and the protection of customer data.
  • You will have experience using marketing technology and CRM systems to deliver effective customer campaigns.
  • You will have strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work successfully across cross-functional teams.
