Entry Level IT Specialist

• Troubleshoot and support PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Perform hardware repairs and equipment setup
• Diagnose and resolve software issues
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting
• Set up user workstations and peripherals
• Provide excellent customer service to dealership employees
• Help maintain and organize IT equipment and inventory
• Assist with other technology-related projects as needed

Gallatin Ford and Gallatin CDJR are looking for a motivated Entry-Level IT Technician to support our growing dealerships. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of IT experience or a recent graduate looking to build a career in information technology.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, eager to learn, and enjoys solving technical problems. If you have a strong foundation in IT, we’ll help you continue to develop your skills., * 1-2 years of IT support experience or recent IT graduate

• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows PCs and hardware
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Experience with software installation and troubleshooting
• CCTV experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred, * IT support: 2 years (Required)

• Gallatin, TN 37066 (Preferred)
