Job description

  • Provide technical, managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex to extremely complex systems in the subject matter area.
  • Make recommendations and advise on organization-wide system improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; lifecycle management; software development methodologies; and modeling and simulation.
  • Commensurate experience in IT and in new and related older technology that directly relates to the required area of expertise.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer at SME Level III to join our dynamic IT team. Your proactive approach and technical mastery will drive the success of our enterprise-wide IT infrastructure., * 15 years of proven experience in designing and managing complex enterprise networks with a strong understanding of network architecture and system design.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco networking hardware including routers (Cisco routers), switches (Ethernet switching), ASA firewalls
  • Deep knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP; proficiency in TCP/IP stack fundamentals including TCP/UDP protocols like TCP/IP; MPLS
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices for service management; experience supporting high availability data centers; ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently while maintaining optimal system performance.
  • CCIE Routing and Switching required.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or related IT expertise needed
