Budget System Analyst

Lead the administration, optimization, and support of the organization’s budgeting and forecasting system (Anaplan) to ensure accurate financial planning, reporting, and decision-making. Analyze business needs, define system requirements, and design automated solutions that improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, data integrity, and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain complex forecasting models, dashboards, and automated reports that provide actionable insights for executive leadership and departmental stakeholders. Partner closely with end users and business leaders to gather requirements, document processes, model system enhancements, and recommend controls that support organizational objectives. Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles by coordinating timelines, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring adherence to established processes. Develop and deliver training programs, user documentation, process maps, and support materials to increase user adoption and improve budget management capabilities across the organization. Manage project milestones, system enhancements, testing activities, and change management initiatives to support continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting systems. Conduct user acceptance testing, maintain system procedures and protocols, and oversee the implementation of automated solutions that enhance reporting accuracy, reduce manual effort, and strengthen organizational decision support.
