Job description

  • Unterstützung der internen IT-Nutzer bei Hardware- und Softwareproblemen

Telefonische und schriftliche Störungsannahme und Analyse von IT-Problemen Betreuung von Active Directory und Office365 Durchführung von Hardware- und Softwaretests Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen und Dokumentation von Prozessen Ermittlung und Lösung von Störungen im Rahmen des First- und Second-Level-Supports

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder als Quereinsteiger mit technischer Affinität Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365 und Active Directory

Benefits & conditions

  • Attraktive Vergütung zwischen 30.000 und 45.000 Euro brutto jährlich, je nach Berufserfahrung
