Annahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen über Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem

Selbstständige Analyse und Behebung von Störungen Verwaltung von Active Directory und Office365 IT-Support für Mitarbeiter bei Problemen mit Hard- und Software

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation

Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, auch Quereinsteiger willkommen Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365 und Active Directory
