Job description

  • Betreuung von IT-Anwendern bei Fragen und Problemen rund um Hard- und Software, Bearbeitung von Anfragen im First- und Second-Level-Support Durchführung von Inventuren und Tests von Hardware- und Softwarelösungen Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme und deren Dokumentation Betreuung von Office365 und Active Directory

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support von Vorteil, auch Quereinsteiger willkommen Gute Kenntnisse in Office 365 und Active Directory wünschenswert
