Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator to support product release operations by maintaining tracking databases, managing batch record documentation, and ensuring accurate document flow across Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Donor Eligibility teams. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with document control and filing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a highly organized 5S workspace., Maintain the product release tracking database in Microsoft Excel from donor receipt through product shipment.

Track paperwork progress and ensure timely document flow between Manufacturing, Logistics, QA, QC, and Donor Eligibility teams.

Prepare, organize, file, scan, and maintain batch records, donor eligibility documentation, and testing results.

Monitor product release timelines and notify management of delayed or overdue paperwork.

Maintain an organized 5S file room and ensure documentation is properly stored and easily accessible.

Scan and file QA/QC documentation and other quality records as required.

Maintain accurate records and support compliance with company documentation procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation issues and ensure timely product release.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic formulas.

At least 2 years of office or administrative experience involving document organization, filing, record management, or 5S practices.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, tissue banking, or medical device environment.

Knowledge of document control, batch records, QA/QC documentation, or product release processes.

Familiarity with Lean or 5S methodologies.

Benefits & conditions

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
