Configuration Management Engineer

Join Uline as a Senior Configuration Management Engineer, where you’ll lead and enhance our Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accurate and reliable data across our technology landscape. Use your expertise to translate data into a trusted resource that supports IT operations and informs decisions across our growing North American company., * Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented.

• Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decision making.
• Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations.
• Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data, translating findings into scalable CMBD capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with a strong understanding of ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium.
• Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
