Job description

If you’re the person people come to when something “just isn’t working,” this could be a great fit. We’re looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping others, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for employees reaching out with tech issues - whether it’s a quick fix or something more complex. You’ll track requests, solve problems, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks., + Troubleshoot issues with systems, software, and devices (Windows, Office, wireless, etc.)

  • Log and track all requests in a ticketing system (SNow) with clear, detailed notes

  • Prioritize incoming issues and escalate when needed

  • Follow through from first contact to final resolution

  • Install software, set up system access, and support user onboarding needs

  • Step in with quick fixes and provide helpful, friendly service every time

  • Look for trends and recurring issues to help improve processes

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in tech support, service desk, or call center support

  • Strong troubleshooting skills - you don’t just fix issues, you understand them

  • Great communication skills (you can explain tech in a simple way)

  • Experience with ticketing systems (like SNow, Remedy, etc.

  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Windows and Office environments

  • Able to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines

  • Team player with a strong customer service mindset

Education:

  • High school diploma required

  • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar is a plus (not required)
