Job description

A leading defense technology company is hiring a Senior Associate Hardware Configuration Manager. ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required. Salary: $57,500-$107,500 (level commensurate with experience) What you’ll do: - Manage hardware configuration baselines, change control, and configuration status accounting across program lifecycles - Process engineering change requests/notices (ECRs/ECNs) and support change control boards (CCB) - Maintain configuration documentation, drawings, and part/serial traceability - Coordinate with engineering, quality, and program teams on configuration audits (FCA/PCA) - Support deliverable data management and program milestone reviews What you bring: - ACTIVE TS/SCI with Polygraph (required - candidates without this clearance cannot be considered) - Experience in hardware configuration management within defense, aerospace, or similar regulated environments - Working knowledge of CM standards and tools (e.g., EIA-649, PLM systems such as
