IT Healthcare Project Manager

o MINIMUM 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise healthcare IT application implementation projects within a large healthcare system. o Experience leading enterprise application implementations, system integrations, upgrades, or optimization projects. o Strong stakeholder management experience working with executives, business leaders, physicians, clinical teams, and technical teams. o Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into project plans. o Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, risks, timelines, resource planning, and vendor relationships. o Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. o Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies. o Proficiency with 365 and project management tools such as Project, ServiceNow, Visio, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. o Ability to work independently, drive projects forward, and build strong relationships across the organization.
