• Manage our financial product offerings like payment processing, payroll and banlking.
• accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate recording of debits and credits using accounting software and Excel data analysis tools.
• Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to verify transaction accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Engage with clients via phone communication, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and negotiation skills to facilitate debt collection and collections account management.
• Handle confidential information with integrity, adhering to consumer protection laws and financial regulatory compliance standards.
• Utilize Google Workspace and other tools to prepare detailed reports, analyze financial data, and support decision-making processes.

• Proven experience in payment processing, payroll, accounts and account management.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts such as debits & credits, revenue cycle management, and account reconciliation.
• Excellent phone etiquette combined with effective telemarketing and client communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially google sheet for data analysis and report generation; familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate debt collection effectively while adhering to consumer protection laws and industry regulations.
• Knowledge of financial concepts related to industry-specific regulations governing financial compliance and consumer protection laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high standards of compliance in all transactions.
• Strong math skills for account analysis, data interpretation, and financial calculations.
