  • Set up and maintain user accounts and devices for new and existing employees.
  • Document support requests and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Train employees on technology and best practices when needed.

  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and technology assets.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure, security, and technology projects.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, and business applications.

  • Experience with remote support tools such as NinjaOne, TeamViewer, ConnectWise Control, or similar products is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continually learn and grow.

  • Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.

As your skills grow, you’ll have opportunities to take on increasing technical responsibility., * Reliable transportation is required for occasional travel between locations.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for projects or system upgrades.
