Job description

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance metrics.
  • Design and implement robust data models and databases utilizing SQL Server, Oracle, and other SQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes with tools like Talend, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and VBA to prepare datasets for analysis.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements through analysis skills and translate them into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis using Excel data analysis techniques, R programming, and other analytics tools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by participating in requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and documentation of analytics solutions within an Agile framework.
  • Manage query development and optimization for SQL queries to ensure high-performance data access for reporting needs.
  • Assist in database design efforts focusing on data integrity, scalability, and security aligned with business intelligence goals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes through innovative techniques like linked data integration and advanced visualization strategies.

  • Technical proficiency in Python, R, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), enabling automation and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with database design principles for SQL Server, Oracle databases, including query management strategies.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) within an Agile environment for project execution.
  • Expertise in data visualization techniques that effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to perform requirements analysis aligned with business needs while supporting business analysis activities.
