The Senior Network Engineer will report to the Manager of Network Engineering and support the Network Architect with the planning and design of network infrastructure both in proof-of-concept and production environments. The role will support the design, delivery, and operations of Wide Area Networks, Local Area Networks, Wireless Networks, and the administration of firewalls and network management systems. Required

Capabilities & Skills:Seven (7)+ years supporting LAN/WAN networks in large environments. Three (3)+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in a complex multiplatform, multi-protocol environment. A Strong understanding of networking/security topologies and protocols. Knowledge of Cisco IOS/Nexus OS/ Cisco ASA and technologies related to MPLS, QoS, BGP, OSPF, VRFs, and Traffic Engineering. Experience with wireless technologies 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax and understanding of load-balancing products. Additional Qualifications: Cisco DNA, Cisco ACI. Aruba wireless, Aruba ClearPass, Aruba Mobility Conductor and Mobility Controller. Knowledge of SSL Certificate framework, WAN Optimization and SD-WAN platforms. Strong understanding of modern network security architectures. Technical certification, for example: CCIE, CCNP, CISSP Knowledge of cloud networking technologies, including Azure Virtual Networks (VNETs), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), cloud routing, network segmentation, VPN connectivity, ExpressRoute, FastConnect, load balancing, and hybrid cloud architectures. Physical Requirements: General office environment, ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to move about an office. Occasionally, the physical installation of network equipment, which involves unpacking and lifting 25 to 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, squat, and lift to safely carry out these responsibilities.
