Billing and Systems Information Analyst

Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Drive Billing Accuracy, Reporting Excellence, and ERP System Success Daily., * Maintain accurate customer, billing, and inventory data within ERP systems.

• Prepare invoices, process orders, and assist with billing-related inquiries.
• Generate weekly and monthly operational and financial reports.
• Support and troubleshoot scanner technology used by drivers and warehouse teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure efficient service and accurate reporting.

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong reporting and data management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; Linen Master and Linen Helper experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.

• $26.44 to $28.84 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
