Job description

The Billing System Coordinator ensures our proprietary software architecture functions smoothly across our entire consumer database. This position blends software interface management, data entry validation, and account troubleshooting to keep our business system clean and efficient. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, works well independently under deadlined milestones, and can easily spot errors within large data fields., * System Coordination: Monitor and coordinate automated data inputs across our central utility account dashboard.

  • Database Maintenance: Update electronic customer account profiles, tracking status alterations and updating system tags in real-time.
  • Pre-Distribution Auditing: Review generated system outputs to verify factual accuracy before digital customer deployment.
  • Workflow Resolution: Troubleshoot internal system exceptions, error codes, and billing queue holdups assigned by management.
  • File Management: Maintain highly structured digital archives of all system modifications, backups, and completed batch distributions.
  • Reporting Coordination: Extract, format, and run system health summaries to check network ledger balances.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Reporting and dashboarding tools?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent secondary education credential.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in digital coordination, clerical systems, or software-heavy data management.
  • Elite computer literacy with the ability to quickly master proprietary software dashboards.
  • Superior attention to detail while sorting large volumes of alphanumerical data.
  • High level of personal accountability and comfort managing confidential consumer datasets.

Preferred:

  • Direct experience working inside an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or customer relation cloud database.
  • Prior administrative background supporting utility structures or municipal networks., * How many years of professional experience do you have in billing operations, data management, or digital administration?
  • Are you comfortably based in Indiana for state-mandated utility compliance?
  • How many years of professional experience do you have utilizing Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications?”
