Billing and Systems Information Analyst

• Maintain ERP data integrity in Linen Master and Linen Helper to support billing, order processing, inventory visibility, and operational reporting.
• Generate customer orders based on service requests and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer and company objectives.
• Prepare weekly invoices and respond to hospital finance department inquiries with accurate, timely billing support.
• Produce recurring weekly and monthly reports that support billing review, customer service, operational performance, and management decision-making.
• Configure, update, and support scanner technology used by drivers and shipping/receiving teams.

• High school diploma or GED certificate required; some college coursework preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, with the ability to create accurate, report-quality output.
• Experience using Linen Master and Linen Helper applications preferred or required based on business need.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support customers, internal users, and cross-functional teams.
