Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer to join our growing team. The SQL Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our company’s databases and data systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for data, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children., * Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and data systems

  • Create and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues
  • Identify and implement database improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain data integration processes between various systems
  • Monitor database systems to ensure data integrity and security
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in database technology

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management
  • Experience with data integration and ETL processes
  • Familiarity with healthcare data and regulations is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
