Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science, similar degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A few years’ experience supporting business applications and managing security accesses.
  • Performing data analysis to identify issues and determine resolutions
  • Required discretion with access to confidential information, practice of SDLC and applications best practices

  • Working knowledge of SQL queries.
  • Understanding of ITIL and ITSM methodologies.

The ideal candidate would also have experience in:

  • Knowledge of HR systems which support HR, Benefits, Performance, Compensation, Payroll, and other HR related functions.
  • Adept at learning various vendor systems, including configuration tools specific to each application

This important role will provide technical support, business process improvement and configuration and testing of technical solutions for Human Resources. The individual will also provide end-user documentation and training to ensure an understanding of HR systems.
