AI Systems Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI and automation.
• Evaluate workflows and recommend solutions that increase efficiency.
• Support the implementation and adoption of AI-powered tools.
• Automate administrative, reporting, and operational tasks.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications.
• Train employees on approved AI tools and best practices.
• Create user guides, documentation, and process resources.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, department managers, and IT teams.
• Promote the secure, responsible, and effective use of AI throughout the organization.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with business systems, process improvement, analytics, reporting, or technology support.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Experience with workflow automation, dashboards, or process documentation is a plus.
• A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and helping others embrace technology., * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience will be considered., * Are you willing and able to travel approximately 50% or more throughout the United States for this position?
• How many years of professional experience do you have evaluating business processes, implementing technology solutions, or improving operational workflows?
• What AI tools have you used in a professional setting?
• Have you trained or supported employees in the adoption of new technology, software, or business processes?
• How much experience do you have using reporting or business intelligence tools (such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)?
