Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining SQL databases and ensuring their performance, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL development and a passion for working in the healthcare industry., * Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases for our electronic medical record system

  • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Create and maintain data models and database schemas
  • Develop and implement data backup and recovery procedures
  • Collaborate with other members of the IT team to integrate databases with other applications
  • Ensure database security and data integrity
  • Document database processes and procedures for future reference
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SQL development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of database design and data modeling
  • Experience with database performance optimization and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with healthcare data and HIPAA regulations is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
