Data Operations & Automation Analyst

Search Partner Group is recruiting on behalf of a nationwide industry leader seeking a Data Operations & Automation Analyst to support a high-visibility initiative involving data processing, workflow automation, reporting, SharePoint administration, and business systems support.

This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, improving business processes, automating repetitive tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting users in a fast-paced environment.

• Process high-volume data while identifying and resolving deficiencies, discrepancies, and formatting issues.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, VBA, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
• Support SharePoint-based workflows, document management, and operational business systems.
• Create reports, dashboards, tracking tools, and operational metrics.
• Assist with data migrations, file processing, records management, and workflow administration.
• Troubleshoot data, process, access, and user support issues, including basic MFA-related challenges.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to implement practical solutions and process improvements.

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Operations Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Operations Analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, lookups, data validation, and large dataset analysis.
• Experience cleaning, transforming, and managing complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, VBA, Power Automate, or similar automation tools.
• Experience working with SharePoint and document-management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow automation, and business systems support.
• Experience creating SOPs, workflow documentation, and operational reporting.
• Experience supporting users within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience working in data-intensive operational environments involving records management, claims processing, healthcare, financial services, legal operations, or similar industries.
