Job description

Monitor and manage incident and service-request queues, prioritizing tickets based on impact and severity. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, application, and mobile-device issues; escalate complex cases as needed. Provide first-level support for Windows desktops, laptops, thin clients, smartphones, tablets, scanners, and business applications. Set up, configure, image, deploy, repair, refresh, and decommission end-user devices. Support remote user onboarding, software installations, data transfers, device replacements, and account or equipment changes. Manage iOS and Android devices using Intune, XenMobile, compliance policies, configurations, and conditional access. Track ticket progress, document troubleshooting steps and resolutions, and maintain accurate asset-management records. Create and update SOPs, knowledge-base articles, troubleshooting workflows, and issue-resolution guides. Coordinate with asset-management teams, DaaS providers, security teams, and third-party vendors for equipment, repairs, replacements, and disposal. Securely wipe, sanitize, back up, and dispose of devices and storage media according to approved procedures. Monitor meeting-room technology, system alerts, outages, and critical infrastructure notifications. Assist higher-level support teams with testing, issue isolation, root-cause analysis, and security-related device remediation.

Requirements

This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants are required to be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement of being a ā€œU.S. Citizenā€., * Capacity to understand and communicate operational concepts and best practices.
