At a minimum, this role entails:

Planning:

  • Define, clarify and create project documentation including scope, schedules, project status reports, estimates and other documents as necessary.

  • Provide input and direction on client strategies.

Organizing:

  • Coordinate and lead regularly scheduled project meetings to identify required actions to achieve timely completion as well as documenting all meetings and communication.
  • Maintain formal project tracking utilizing our project management software.
  • Match the right people to the right projects. You’ll identify which team members have the skills and bandwidth to tackle each project
  • Keep complex projects running smoothly. You’ll coordinate between designers, strategists, developers, and other specialists to ensure all deliverables meet our quality standards and client expectations.

What Makes You Perfect for This Role:

You’re a communication wizard. Whether you’re breaking down complex strategies for the team, explaining campaign results to clients, or just keeping everyone in the loop-you make it look easy. No jargon overload, just clear, confident communication.
