As a Data Center Operations Specialist, you will serve as a critical guardian of infrastructure health, ensuring that mission-critical server environments remain operational and efficient. By leveraging your technical expertise in hardware maintenance and network connectivity, you will drive the reliability of our digital ecosystem while gaining hands-on experience in a high-scale facility. Responsibilities

• Maximize system uptime by proactively monitoring physical infrastructure and performing routine preventative maintenance.
• Execute hardware deployments and configurations to support the seamless expansion of network capacity.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software malfunctions to minimize service disruptions.
• Maintain meticulous records of all infrastructure changes and maintenance logs to ensure operational transparency.
• Utilize precision tools such as multimeters and labeling systems to manage cable tray organization and power distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine operational workflows and implement industry-leading best practices.
• Provide rapid response support during emergency scenarios to maintain continuous service delivery.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, server hardware, and networking protocols.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Capacity to work effectively both as an independent contributor and within a collaborative team environment., * Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Network+).
• Prior experience in a mission-critical data center or server room environment.
