IT Network Engineer / Helpdesk Support Tech

We would like the candidate to have 1 or more of the following skills. You are not at all expected to know everything :)

• Comprehensive IT technical knowledge and experience with windows server
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience with various brands of server hardware
• Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions
• Experience with anti-virus solutions
• Experience with the implementation and configuration of NAS & SAN devices
• In-depth knowledge of local and wide area networks, wireless networks & enterprise grade firewalls/routers
• Experience with remote management support tools
• Experience with security camera setups
• Experience with vpn setup
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, time management, and client confidentiality required
