IT Specialist

Central Bank & Trust is looking for a personable, ambitious candidate to join our IT team as a Technology Specialist. This is an in-person position based in our Lander office. Job duties are varied, and include hardware and software support, new product/feature implementation, user provisioning and support, and compliance-related duties.

• Experience troubleshooting and supporting hardware and software in a network environment
• Capacity to work on team-based projects effectively
• Willingness to travel to branch locations as required
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Effective verbal and written communications skill
• 2 years college education in an IT-related field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred (not required, but definitely a plus!)

• Experience working with cloud-based technologies (ie Microsoft 365)
• Knowledge of security systems and concepts
• Familiarity with ticketing software
• Banking experience
