Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of hands-on experience in .NET, C#, and PL/SQL, along with proven expertise in leading technical initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving projects from inception through delivery. This role requires a strong technical leader who can balance architecture, hands-on development, and stakeholder engagement.

Primary (Must-Have) Skills

15+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET.
Solid experience in Full Stack Development using modern front-end technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, or similar).
Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, packages, and performance tuning.
Experience designing and developing scalable, enterprise-level applications.
Proven experience leading development teams and driving technical projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact directly with business stakeholders.
Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
