Job description

  • Lead day-to-day ERP support operations, including triaging and resolving ServiceNow tickets in collaboration with internal teams
  • Support and optimize JD Edwards, Coupa, and other enterprise applications while helping drive a transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Partner with the business and implementation team to define and execute the future-state ERP roadmap
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, improve processes, and ensure system stability across finance, accounting, and procurement functions

Requirements

Are you ready to lead ERP transformation while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations? This is an opportunity to join a large, self-funded real estate and development organization known for building and operating master-planned communities across the U.S., offering stability, long-term growth, and hands-on technical ownership., * 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications/ERP platforms, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and familiarity with JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Yardi, or similar systems

  • Proven experience managing day-to-day ticket queues, troubleshooting issues, and supporting accounting/finance users in an ERP environment
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills to support reporting, integrations, and operational decision-making
  • Preferably, you have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $120,000-$160,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
