Job description
Client is seeking an Empower Systems Administrator and subject matter expert to implement, configure, maintain, and support the Empower system within an earned value management environment. This role will provide technical and functional administration, support Cobra integration and IPMDAR reporting, train users, and troubleshoot system issues.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, implement, and maintain the Empower system.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Empower functionality and architecture.
- Integrate Cobra with Empower and support ongoing data exchanges between the systems.
- Support earned value management system processes and IPMDAR reporting.
- Train users on Empower functionality, processes, and system usage.
- Troubleshoot Empower application, configuration, and user-support issues.
- Support technical, functional, and system administration activities.
- Apply cost, schedule, and earned value principles when supporting system processes and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Empower administration and configuration.
- 5+ years of experience with earned value management systems.
- 3+ years of experience supporting earned value management processes.
- 3+ years of experience with IPMDAR reporting.
- Subject matter expertise in Empower functionality and architecture.
- Experience integrating Cobra with Empower.
- Experience training users on Empower usage.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting Empower users.
- Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and earned value principles.
- U.S. citizenship required due to system data-access requirements., Administrative Skills, COBRA (Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985), Customer Support/Service, Earned Value Management (EVM), Identify Issues, Security Clearance, Systems Administration/Management, Systems Maintenance, Technical Support, Testing, United States Citizen
